Aceso Peptides accepts no liability whatsoever for any misuse of products. Any use other than for lawful research purposes is entirely at the buyer's own risk and legal responsibility.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, purity data, and analytical information are accurate. Purity percentages are based on HPLC analysis of each batch. Minor variations between batches are possible and are disclosed in the Certificate of Analysis for each batch.

We do not make any claims regarding the efficacy, safety, or health benefits of any compound for any application. All product information is provided for research context only.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time. An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order by us.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders where we have reason to believe the products will not be used for lawful research purposes.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to UK addresses only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, DPD, or other carriers beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or that appear to have been used. We will issue a full refund or replacement for:

• Products that arrive damaged or broken
• Products where the incorrect item was dispatched
• Products that are materially not as described
